Navy CPO Cutlass. The new Vanguard U.S. Navy CPO Cutlass was developed as a joint project with of the U.S. Naval Uniform Board. Vanguard was contacted to help in development due largely to our 95 years of experience with the Navy. With three years in the making, it exceeds all specifications as required by the Board.
Swords may not be shipped overseas due to Customs regulations.
